Leisure boating

We spent the majority of the day in and around Duxbury Bay. The water in the Bay was cold (60 degrees) so it wasn’t very good for swimming. Three adults and 4 kids on the boat today and we had plans to pull up to beach near Clarks Island but it was too crowded. The kids did eventually swim in the Bay but they were in and out pretty quickly. Later on when we were going to check the lobster traps we noticed that the water on the ocean side in front of Brant Rock was 70 degrees. Pretty strange considering usually the Bay is warmer. The kids and I swim for a while. There was absolutely no rush to exit the water because it was very comfortable. We got some great pictures of the kids underwater.
Jumping off the boat.
