Lobster trap log
A disappointing haul this time out. The wind made it is difficult to pull the traps. The added pull made it tough to hold onto the ropes because they are really in need of a cleaning. Only one keeper out of all six traps. I had a dogfish in one trap and an ugly unknown bottom feeder in another but only one lobster. I re-baited with bluefish, herring, and dogfish (mostly bluefish). Hopefully I’ll have better results with this round of bait.
